Characteristic of project Kungang Hongda Shangri-La Cement 1.2 Curved Belt Conveyor
1、There are three horizontal turning sections. The turning angle and radius are 7° (R2000m), 19° (425m) and 53° (425m) respectively. The turning radius is small and the horizontal turning is more difficult. There are many undulations along the line, 7 concave and convex arcs.
2、The upper belt surface adopts a 75°U-shaped roller group with adjustable internal lifting angle, without self-aligning roller group; the lower roller group adopts a 15°V-shaped roller group, and also without self-aligning roller group; Roller spacing 1.5~2m, lower idler spacing 3~4m.
3、Adopting single head drum frequency conversion speed control drive to realize controllable soft start and soft stop.
4、Adopt the head tensioning device with double vertical heavy hammers, and the dynamic response is fast.
