The technical characteristics of the project 3.4km long-distance belt conveyor in the mine of Chinalco Pingguo Aluminum Branch are as follows:
1、There is a horizontal turning section, the turning angle and radius are 29° and R1840m. The horizontal turning section contains a convex arc and a concave arc. Limited by the highway elevation, the radius of the concave arc is very small, making it very difficult to turn horizontally.
2、The upper belt surface adopts a 35° groove-shaped roller group with adjustable inner lifting angle, and the lower roller group adopts a 15°V-shaped roller group with adjustable inner lifting angle to realize horizontal turning; the distance between the upper rollers is 1.5~2m, and the lower supports Roller spacing 3~4m.
3、The use of variable frequency speed regulation drive with feeder unit accomplished to recover energy from material’s potential energy.
