The technical characteristics of the project 4.1km long-distance curved belt conveyor of Shaanxi Fuping Ecological Cement Co., Ltd. are as follows:
1、There are two horizontal turning sections, the turning angle and radius are respectively 34°(R1470m) and 31°(R1825m). The 34° horizontal turning section contains three convex arcs; the 31° horizontal turning section contains three concave arcs. The elevation layout has a total of 10 slope changes, including 5 convex arcs and 5 concave arcs, with large undulations at the tail and complicated operating conditions.
2、The upper belt surface adopts a 45° groove-shaped idler group with adjustable inner lifting angle, and the lower idler group adopts a 15°V-shaped idler group with adjustable inner lifting angle to realize horizontal turning; the distance between the upper idler is 1.5m, and the lower idler is 1.5m. 4m spacing.
3、Adopt variable frequency speed regulation drive with feeder unit, it allowing to recovery the material potential energy.
4、Adopting the conventional intermediate support structure, the integrated structure of the tensioning device and the belt turning device.
