The technical characteristics of Sinosteel Algeria's long-distance two-way conveying pipe belt conveyor system are as follows:：
1、The conveying system is a two-way conveying system, consisting of 7 belt conveyors and 4 cross-country tube belt conveyors. The total length of one-way conveying is 10862 meters.
2、The conveying system has a complicated process. Four two-way conveyor belt conveyors transfer materials to each other. The upper belt conveys refined iron ore from the terminal to the steel plant, and the lower belt conveys the finished pellets from the steel plant to the terminal. The operating conditions are very complicated.
3、Among them, the LT3 pipe belt conveyor has nine horizontal turns and eight vertical turns. Some of the horizontal turns coincide with the vertical turns. The head has an S-shaped turn and the maximum turning angle is 79°.
The LT4 pipe belt conveyor has fifteen horizontal turns and eleven vertical turns. Some of the horizontal turns coincide with the vertical turns, and the maximum turning angle is 49.5°.
4、LT3 adopts the first three tails and one variable frequency speed regulation drive, and the LT4 tube belt machine adopts the first two tails and one variable frequency speed regulation drive to realize controllable soft start and soft stop.
5、The field part adopts single-leg structure column support.
