       In recent years, as various devices in industrial production have become more complex, the demand for real-time monitoring and inspection has also increased. In 2019, under the leadership of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Zigong Transport Machinery Group conducted in-depth exchanges and contacts with the School of Mechanical Engineering of Chongqing University to jointly develop the "intelligent inspection robot for tubular belt conveyor", which was officially launched at the end of last year . However, under the influence of the epidemic this year, enterprises overcome various difficulties and actively docked with universities. On April 27, the three-dimensional model of intelligent robots has been initially formed. As the "Tubular Belt Conveyor Inspection Robot" pioneered in Sichuan, it will replace inspection personnel for inspection, data collection, analysis, cloud computing, etc., and has the important practical significance of replacing manual inspection by scientific and technological inspection methods.
 

       Mou Zongkui is the Minister of the Electrical Department of Zigong Transport Machinery Group and the R & D staff responsible for this cooperative project. He told reporters that the preliminary plan for the project has been determined. Due to the sudden outbreak, Chongqing University has not officially started school, and the project schedule has been affected to a certain extent. After the epidemic, the two parties will continue to make prototypes and test according to the original plan, and it is expected to be put on the market before the end of next year.

       As the "Tubular Belt Conveyor Inspection Robot" pioneered in Sichuan, after the project is successfully applied, it can completely replace on-site manual inspection, reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, and then improve the efficiency and reliability and safety of equipment to meet environmental protection requirements. On the other hand, it will also greatly promote the development of science and technology and technological progress. At the same time, Zigong Aircraft also actively took part in the construction of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing area, and maintained close contact with many colleges and universities in Chengdu, Chongqing and other places to explore more cooperation.
