Jiangsu port of ship company two-way duct machine total pack

June 17, 2011, our company and Jiangsu Shipping Port Company signed a two-way conveyor tubular belt Conveyor engineering system turnkey contract. The system consists of two tubular belt conveyors with a diameter of 400mm, and the transport distance is 4000m.

An overview of the project; the tubular belt conveyor of the system transports different materials in both directions. Among them, the upper belt conveyor cement, clinker and limestone respectively, the lower belt respectively transport pulverized coal and water slag, a total of five kinds of materials. The transport volume is: Cement 1000t/h, clinker 1000t/h, limestone 2000t/h; powder coal and water slag are 500t/h.

Technical difficulties: The drying technology of the belt surface after the water slag is transported, because of the small proportion of cement heap, the dynamic stacking angle is 0? the slip is strong, the pipe belt conveyor pipe, air tightness, turning angle must be strictly controlled, there is no similar case in China.
